Can I return my painting if it doesn't work as I expected?

Care instructions:  Never hang your canvas painting outside.  Do not place anything on top or lay your canvas with the front side facing down.  If over the years you notice that your canvas seems  to be a bit loose, you can tighten up the canvas.  Spray on even, fine mist of clean water or distilled water on the back of the canvas.  The canvas will tighten up when it dries.  Never use any chemical cleaners, etc.  You should never need to clean your painting.
